Shipping

Free shipping on all orders.
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Returns

30 days from delivery to return any board.
Contact us with your order number to start a return.
Items should come back in their original condition and packaging where possible.
Refund is processed once we receive the item.

Warranty

Bodybound boards include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
That covers things like copper points loosening or the base cracking under normal use.
Reach out and we'll replace or refund.
